Problem

In accordance with the Federal program for the creation of the first stage of national telemedicine centers National Medical Research Center of Radiology decided to connect two it’s branches (MNII them. P.A. Herzen and MRNTs im. A.F. Tsyba) to a Federal Telemedicine System. Main goal was to provide expert remote consultation to all citizens of Russia in field of oncology.


Solution

Our company won a tender for creation of a segment of the Federal System of Telemedicine Consultations including:

On second stage of the project this system was expanded for more concurrent connections and integration with other VCS platforms was done.


Result

This solution allows doctors from NMRC to work in centralized federal telemedicine system and propose next services:

Today NMRC is a main federal expert center for oncology for more than 50 regions of Russia.

This year more then 8000 remote consultations would be made by telemedicine department of NMRC of Radiology.
